Location is fantastic for my business trip. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, making sure that the needs of their customers are met. The rooms need upgrading but are well kept clean and functioning. The shower rain is a welcome addition and hot water is consistent.

The hotel was ok, we stayed here because we were going to a basketball game, and the location could not have been more perfect for this.

The decor was very pretty, and gave the public spaces a relaxed and charming atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and sufficiently spacious. The staff was very friendly. The location is right across the street from the Grammy Museum and LA Live.

Modern and clean, the location is amazing, near tons of shopping and great food, near train and bus lines if you want to buzz over to another city or area. Great staff, super accommodating and kind. You really can’t beat this place for location. Beds were high quality (not cringy gramma style lace) very soft high thread-count cool cotton. Perfect pillows. and tv is massive.

Only stayed for one night for a concert, I didn't use any of the facilities so I can't really comment on them but overall location was great, literally right across the street from the venue and across the street from various restaurants. Location was perfect. They even upgraded me to a suite when I got there which was amazing!
